Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may involve significantly higher carrier rates, which are shown at checkout.
What shipping costs. The SUP Paddle Lounge ships from our warehouse in Tennessee as a large parcel (about 41 lbs). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and carrier rates — typically in the $60–$80 range for the lower 48. We don't mark up shipping; you pay what the carrier charges us.
Delivery addresses. Because of the package size, we recommend a street address. PO Boxes may not be deliverable for a parcel this size, depending on the carrier.
Processing time. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days  after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@bluefirefly.com within 45 days from date of purchase with photos of the box and contents. We'll make it right — see our Warranty and Returns policy.
